• Facility rents at $65/hour.

• Rental time must include set-up, tear-down and basic cleaning time.

• In addition to the facility rent, there is a $75 damage deposit (returned after the event) and $50 cleaning charge.

• This is a drug-free, alcohol-free and smoke-free facility.

• No pets are permitted except working service animals.
